Part-time Studies Course
This course looks at the implementation of HACCP and Food Safety systems from the paperwork side to the logistics of implementation, including team building and management/employee commitment to the system.

Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to:
Develop and implement a full HACCP plan that is effective across all business units in a given situation.
Develop and implement a Quality System also as above.
Coordinate the team functions required for the development, implementation and maintenance of a HACCP program or a Quality System based on a given situation.
Audit the HACCP program or Quality System to validate and verify its effectiveness.
